Can`t run server Empty

Hi, i decided to make own server so i did it step by step with your video tutorial but when i have to start server it write to me this one log :/

LOG File.txt

so.. after few tries to reinsert mysql files to navycat problem wasn`t done so i hope you will help me .....Crying or Very sad
