Help with NPC respawn time

Hi guys. I've seen the Youtube videos which explain on how to make a L2J server and they are great. I've manage to get a server up and running and I'm currently testing L2 Gracia Final stuff with it. I am using my server to test custom NPCs and Mobs that I'm making.

My problem is, that I can spawn and change stuff from my NPC. However, I do not find a way to change the respawn time of the NPC (in L2Monsters especially). Everytime I spawn a monster or NPC, it has 10 secs of respawn time and I do not know how to change it. Does anyone knows a way or a commend I can use to change this.

when you spawn the character ingame do this

//spawn elpy 1 12

this will spawn 1 elpy with a 12 second respawn :>
